1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging with all tags intact
- Not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Be returned within the specified return timeframe
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
- You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at gharwalastore738@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, you will need to ship the product back as per the instructions provided.
4. Refund Process & Timing
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Exchange Options
- We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- If you wish to exchange a product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Please notify us within 1 day of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Personal use or hygiene products
- Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
